Synopsis

Euridice has died, and Orfeo vows to save her from death and life in the underworld. The gods allow Orfeo to descend to find his love with the caveat that he cannot look at her or tell her why he cannot. After many trials on his way down, he reunites with Euridice and begins the trip back. Euridice panics because Orfeo will not look or speak driving Orfeo to turn to his love. Euridice is drawn back to the underworld, but the goddess Amore responds to Orfeo’s love by reviving Euridice and allowing them to live happily on the mortal plane.

Orfeo ed Euridice will be streamed LIVE and virtual running approximately 2 hours, with one 15-minute intermission.
